Hundreds of tons of marine debris have been collected from the shores of Alaska and British Columbia as part of an unprecedented cleanup effort that an organizer says barely made a dent in the

 

Some of this marine debris can be traced to the 2011 tsunami and Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant disaster in Japan.  This stuff will wash up on Pacific and Hawaii shores for years.  Im glad someone is trying to collect this debris.  Aloha, Russ.
